Cancellations: We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations/rescheduling/service changes to your appointment. If you cancel with less than 48 hours (but more than 24hrs till service) you will be charged 50% of the booked services.

If you cancel or no call/no show the day of your appointment, 100% of the booked services will be charged to the card on file.
Should you make changes to the originally scheduled services at your appointment , you will be charged 100% of the cost of the originally scheduled services to the card kept on file. You acknowledge that you are responsible for all appointments whether or not you receive the confirmation/reminder texts.

Tardiness: Luxe + Mane Salon has a 15 min lateness policy. If you are running late to your appointment please text/call ahead to let us know. Should you arrive beyond 15 minutes late, you may have to forfeit all or some of your appointment. If your appointment must be forfeited the cancelation fee of 100% of the scheduled services booked will be charged to the card on file. This protects your future appointments and ours.
