To be considered, applicants should have a strong portfolio demonstrating both luxury hair extensions and dimensional color. Experience with multiple extension methods—including IBE®, hand-tied wefts, K-Tips, tape-in extensions, and other premium methods—is highly encouraged, as our guests have a wide range of extension needs.
Your Instagram portfolio is a required part of the application process and plays an important role in our review. We carefully evaluate the quality, consistency, and artistry of each applicant’s work.
